The Challenge

ARCHER ROOSE AND GOPUFF AIMED TO CREATE A BOLD AND MEMORABLE HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN THAT WOULD HIGHLIGHT THEIR PARTNERSHIP, INFUSING THE UNAPOLOGETIC BRAND VOICE OF ARCHER ROOSE WITH ELIZABETH BANKS’ SIGNATURE COMEDIC CHARM. THE CHALLENGE WAS TO CRAFT A NARRATIVE THAT SEAMLESSLY BLENDED HUMOR, HOLIDAY SPIRIT, AND PRODUCT INTEGRATION WHILE MAKING A LASTING IMPRESSION IN A COMPETITIVE HOLIDAY MARKETING LANDSCAPE. ADDITIONALLY, THE CAMPAIGN INCLUDED THE REDESIGN OF ARCHER ROOSE’S CAN INTO A LIMITED EDITION RELEASE, ADDING AN EXCLUSIVE TOUCH TO THE COLLABORATION.

THE Solution

MY TEAM AND I CONCEPTUALIZED, WROTE, SHOT, AND EDITED A HILARIOUSLY CHAOTIC COMMERCIAL THAT PERFECTLY CAPTURED THE BOLD ESSENCE OF ARCHER ROOSE WINES AND THE COMEDIC BRILLIANCE OF ELIZABETH BANKS. THE NARRATIVE PLAYED ON ELIZABETH’S OVER-THE-TOP ‘OWNERSHIP’ OF THE COMPANY, FEATURING PLAYFUL ELEMENTS LIKE TREE TOPPERS, CUSTOM WRAPPING PAPER, AND A GOPUFF DRIVER HILARIOUSLY CAUGHT IN THE CHAOS. THE RESULT WAS A STANDOUT HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN THAT NOT ONLY RESONATED WITH AUDIENCES BUT ALSO EARNED RECOGNITION IN ADWEEK, SOLIDIFYING THE PARTNERSHIP’S CREATIVE IMPACT.
